Child Safety Standards Policy

Thuso Yanga is committed to maintaining a zero-tolerance environment for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We prioritize the protection and well-being of children and minors across all features of our platform.

Zero Tolerance for Child Abuse and Exploitation

Any content, communication, or behavior that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.

1 Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Thuso Yanga strictly bans any content, interaction, or conduct related to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual, audio, or written depictions of sexual acts involving minors or computer-generated/AI-generated depictions of child abuse.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Facilitating, soliciting, or coordinating child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving minors, or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Grooming & Online Enticement: Any attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship or build trust with a minor for sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Child Endangerment & Trafficking: Content promoting child labor exploitation, trafficking, physical abuse, or severe neglect of minors.

  1. Immediate Content Removal: The offending content is immediately taken down and quarantined from public or private view.
  2. Account Termination: The associated user account is permanently banned, and offending device/IP identifiers are blocked.
  3. Evidence Preservation: Relevant digital forensic data and timestamps are securely preserved as required by law for handover to law enforcement authorities.
