Delete Your Account & Data
In compliance with South Africa's POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and the Google Play & Apple App Store data policies, you have the full right to delete your Thuso Yanga account and permanently erase all associated data at any time.
What is deleted when you submit a request:
- Account Credentials: Your email address, encrypted password, and authentication tokens are wiped immediately.
- Anonymous Personas: All generated anonymous handles and persona identifiers are permanently unlinked and deleted.
- Community Content: All stories, posts, comments, and reactions you authored are deleted.
- AI Companion Memory: All confidential chats with Thuso and personal memory notes are permanently purged.
Account deletion is instant and irreversible.
