#Wins & Breakthroughs

Got out of bed and made tea for the first time in 4 days

It sounds so small on normal social media, but to me it felt like climbing Kilimanjaro. Depression held me paralyzed in bed all week. Today the morning sun was hitting the kitchen tiles, and I just stood up. One small step.

#How I Made It Through

Two years ago I lost everything. Tonight I watched the sunset in peace.

I remember lying on my bedroom floor convinced that my story was over. Job gone, debt piling up, panic attacks every single hour. What saved me wasn't a miracle—it was deciding to survive just 10 minutes at a time. Then an hour. Then a day. If you are sitting in the dark right now thinking it never gets better: please hold on. The sun does come back.

#Men's Corner

To every man carrying family pressure in silence: you don’t have to break alone

Society teaches us to bottle everything up, be the unshakeable provider, and never show a crack. Last month I had a panic attack in my car outside my job. Admitting I was overwhelmed didn’t make me less of a man—it saved my life. Let’s talk about it here without the tough-guy mask.
